The way we live our lives has changed rapidly over the years. Where once friends and family were close by, for many, this is no longer the case.
Nowadays our neighbours can often be strangers to us.
This means when it comes to care, many people turn to residential or nursing homes. However, we believe receiving
care in the comfort of your own home is often the best option.
There are many benefits to staying in familiar surroundings, not only because your home comforts surround you, but it means your house won’t be sold to pay for care costs and you may be eligible for funding benefits you wouldn’t get were you to move into residential care.
Here’s a rundown of our care packages and costs:
In Home Care offer a number of care services which range between 30-minute visits to hourly, occasional, respite and daily ongoing care.

Our visits start from a minimum of half an hour to an hour or more. Our rates are priced ‘per hour’ with the price changing depending on your requirements, time and day of visit and the length of time needed per visit from our care team.
Hourly and half-hourly care visits offer you reassurance and support as and when you need it, which means the rest of the time, you’ll be able to carry on living the life you love in comfortable surroundings.
Before deciding on what’s best for you, we’ll discuss your needs and arrange a meeting, draw up a care plan and set a date to start.

8 – 12 hours of Continuous Care
Our Day or Night Care package is flexible to suit your needs – especially for those who require
continuous care.
Our day and night carers are there to provide 8-12 hours of continuous care, including carers who will stay awake through the night to provide comfort and support to those who need it the most.
Our package is split into Asleep Night Care and Awake Night Care.

Whether you need care through the day, through the night or both – our professional carers will make sure you’re attended to in the comfort of your own home.
Our Live-in care package is designed to provide support and reassurance with everyday tasks, seven days a week.

The services included in the Live-in Care package are:
Our carers require breaks of at least two hours per day and need a minimum of eight hours of sleep per night.
Our Home from Hospital care package is a 3-6 week ‘Live-in’ plan designed to assist you in returning home from hospital. Our carer will support you in achieving weekly goals to ensure you return to living independently within six weeks of returning home.

If our carer believes the time frame of adjustment isn’t possible, we also offer a reduced care package with domiciliary visits.

We understand a daily phone call can make all the difference to a person’s life – especially if they’re lonely, isolated or suffer from confusion.
It’s not only a difficult time for those it affects, but it’s also a worrying time for their loved ones too. That’s why we offer a telephone service to everyone – whether they receive one of our care packages or not.
For the first 10 minutes
One of our lovely team members will call, not only for general ‘chit-chat,’ but also to double check medications have been taken or remind clients to remember an event or cook and eat their meal.
Companionship and a friendly voice are things we take for granted, that’s why In Home Care want to make sure nobody has to live their life alone with nobody to talk to.
Additional service: We’re happy to offer a double up service alongside our Tele Care Call should it turn out the person we’re calling needs us to visit them for any reason. Our carers will attend to the person for an additional charge

Knowing we can be there quickly to sort out any problems not only gives our clients peace of mind, but it relieves the worry from the shoulders of their loved ones too.

Full payment is required at the time of booking this service. Emergency calls are answered between the hours of 7 am and 11 pm.

As with all our care packages we’d be delighted to hear from you to discuss your personal needs, and we can offer guidance of price over the phone.
To help us give you an accurate quote we generally prefer to meet with you in person. However, we understand everybody’s circumstances are different so we’ll do whatever we can to meet your preferences.
