Covid 19

As the growing consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic are now easing, In Home Care is still doing all in its power to ensure that our Clients, Staff, family members and all related support professionals are kept as safe as possible.

Our Carers are still being supplied with the latest/additional PPE (protective equipment) as quickly as possible, including fluid repellent face masks and additional protective accessories.

As a care provider we have key policies and procedures in place to support our staff in the safe delivery of care to our clients in these unprecedented times. These policies also support us as a business to ensure safe continuity of our service and to protect all stakeholders.

Our Covid-19 policies and procedures are still built around the guidance published by Public Health England and will evolve as updated guidance is published by Public Health England.

As a responsible care provider we are still adhering to all relevant guidance form Public Health England and our regulatory organisation the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Should you require more information regarding our policies and procedures relating to Covid-19, please contact a member of the Senior Management Team.

If you or a family member is need of care and / or seeks reassurance regarding Covid-19 please contact us.

Please stay safe and keep well.
