TRAINING
When joining In Home Care, our carers receive fully Approved training at our very own Health and Social Care Training Hub in Chichester.
Whether you’ve worked in care for a long time, or you’re new to the profession, we’ll support you with CQC Approved training. This gives you all the skills needed to provide the care expected of all In Home Care employees.
The Training Hub in Chichester is the only facility of its kind in the area, which means we’re able to provide unrivalled training for all our staff.

This enables our training team to teach in a ‘real’ environment, from the very basics, like how to keep clients clean and comfortable when confined to bed through to more advanced training, including how to use:
This allows carers, no matter their experience, to learn and put into action In Home Care’s high quality level of care.
Please note: Care workers new to or with no experience working in care must undergo a 12-week training programme. Once qualified, you’ll receive a ‘Care Certificate’ to certify you’re a fully-trained carer.
